Jersey Strike is a team of destination event producers. Your holiday room gets the same production discipline we bring to every event: a load-in plan, a run-of-show, a crew that knows rigging and lighting, and a clean strike. You close for one day and reopen to a finished room.

    We walk the space with you, measure, check power, and talk through your vision.

  2. 02 · Quote

    Within 48 hours

    Design direction and a fixed price, with your install day held.

  3. 03 · Rendering

    See it first

    We send renderings of your actual space so you can approve the concept before install day.

  4. 04 · Install

    On a closed day

    A licensed electrician checks power first. We finish the same day and leave the room broom-clean.

  5. 05 · Strike

    Early January

    We remove everything and leave the space broom-clean.

When we strike your holiday room in January, we install your Valentine's room in the same visit. Your dining room goes straight from the holidays into one of the biggest reservation nights of the year, with one booking, one crew and no extra trip.

Valentine's, set for two.

After the holiday strike, we turn your room romantic for one of the biggest reservation nights of the year. Soft blush light, roses overhead, candlelight on every table. The kind of room couples book weeks ahead and remember long after dessert.
