About the content on this site
- Concept renderings. Images marked "Concept rendering" are illustrations, some created with AI tools, that show the style of work we produce. They are not photographs of completed client projects. Every installation is designed for the specific space, and final designs, materials and quantities will differ.
- Pricing. Package prices shown are starting points for planning only. They are not an offer or a quote. Your price is set in a written proposal after a site visit, and depends on your space, scope, materials, schedule, electrical needs and location.
- Results. Descriptions of results, such as reservations or guest response at past installations, reflect specific past projects. We do not guarantee any particular business result.
- Scheduling. Install and strike dates are confirmed only in a signed agreement with a deposit.
Your agreement with us
If you hire Jersey Strike, our written proposal or service agreement governs the work, including scope, payment, scheduling, cancellation, ownership of décor, insurance, site access, electrical work and cleaning. If those documents conflict with these Terms, they control.
Intellectual property
The website and its content, including text, designs, graphics, photos, renderings, and the Jersey Strike name and logo, are owned by or licensed to Jersey Strike and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may view the site for your own information. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use our content or designs for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, including by interfering with its operation, attempting unauthorized access, scraping content, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
Third-party links
The site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
